We build our own Korea Customs messaging
Building and sending the declaration message, receiving receipts, error notices and results, and updating each case — every part of that path is our own code. With no third-party module in between, we respond directly when the message spec changes or an error occurs.
- 01
Build the message
Customs data is turned directly into the Korea Customs standard message.
- 02
Send
Single and bulk sends run through a managed queue so nothing backs up.
- 03
Receipt · error notices
Rejected cases land on the handler’s screen with the reason attached.
- 04
Results
Acceptance, hold and inspection results update each case’s status.
- 05

Where volume makes the difference
Any system can file a few declarations. The difference shows when thousands or tens of thousands arrive at once and still flow without backing up. Offices with growing e-commerce and express volume feel it most.
Work that cannot stop
For 15+ years we have run time-critical work from arrival to release ourselves. The system is built on the assumption of 24/7, non-stop operation.
Feature lists look alike. Input and throughput don’t.
Customs system feature lists all look similar. Whether the work actually gets lighter comes down to three things — whether people or AI do the input, whether the Korea Customs messaging is built in-house, and whether the system has really handled bulk volume.
See case studiesA draft, not a blank screen
DocuAI reads B/Ls, invoices and packing lists into customs data, and loginHS proposes HS codes with evidence. Staff start from review.
Paperless entry
A split screen shows the e-document and the entry form together — a truly paperless office.
Requirements in the same flow
Food, radio and electrical requirement filings continue inside the clearance flow, catching cases that would stall on requirements.
Where it makes the biggest difference
High declaration volume
Offices where e-commerce and express volume has pushed data-entry staff to their limit.
Wide range of goods
Offices that spend long hours on HS classification and need to keep the evidence.
Time-critical work
Offices working to same-day release, where even a short outage hurts.
Turn data-entry time into review time
Tell us your monthly declaration volume and range of goods, and we will suggest the right setup.
